Special Tours for 2017
We specialize in Ouray Jeep tours for groups and special events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate retreats, family reunions, educational field trips, photography tours and custom, private tours. We happily work with you to provide a custom itinerary that caters to your ideas for a fun and personal experience. Whether it is a picnic in the mountains, an anniversary dinner at sunset, or a BBQ dinner paired with your tour adventure, we enjoy helping make your event memorable and exciting. Beyond our tour-based adventures, feel free to ask about other ideas and activities in our area that will make your experience complete. Give us a call and be sure to ask about our group discounts and hourly rates for special events.
As with our scheduled tours, our guides can provide educational narratives to suit every tour. They will share the history and lore of our mining structures and provide oral tutorials on the various flower/fauna species. Frequent stops are made for photos and rock collecting. Our experienced guides have over 100 years of combined experience and are dedicated to your complete enjoyment and satisfaction with your experience. All guides are CPR and first aid certified. Ponchos and warm blankets are on board our vehicles for your comfort.
Custom tours are just that, and vary by departure times and length of tours. When you call to reserve your special tour, let us know what you need so we can help make your scenic experience the best ever! We can pickup and drop off at select locations with prior arrangements. We also provide Lodging Packages and “other adventures” such as flying high in a hot air balloon, horseback riding, rafting, and fishing – so you can book your entire trip with us!

“Our group has been studying hardrock mining in the San Juans, so this was a sort of field trip for us.
Our guide was very knowledgable about both the geology and history.”
